Jesus spent years teaching and mentoring his disciples. The Gospels, a series of texts about Jesus’ life, show us how his disciples underwent a process of transformation. The Holy Spirit played a key role in this transformation. As a disciple, you too can also join in this type of transformative process.

Following Jesus' Model
Our course on discipleship, “This Is The Way!,” brings to you Jesus’ teaching techniques. We incorporate these ideas also in other courses. When you join us in one of our digital tutor courses, you can experience this way of learning. Our instructors understand and have experience teaching effectively following this model. These instructors designed the content for the digital tutor and the on-site sessions.
How Can The Digital Tutor Help In Your Transformation?
First things first, and to have things clear, the Holy Spirit is the one that brings transformation. However, we too need to be part of the process! What is Iodea’s role then? Well, the way we see it, we facilitate your encounter with the biblical text and the LORD. The DT courses are not the only way to bring this encounter, but it is one available option.
Our courses do not follow methods of instruction that emphasize delivery of content or information. Instead, we focus on engaging you with questions and activities that require you to critically think and more deeply encounter the biblical text. You take ownership of your study, resulting in a closer encounter with the biblical text and the LORD. We encourage you to start each lesson with a prayer, and then at the end of each lesson we share a blessing for you.
